My inner urge to get to know and understand new things has always driven me forward in my professional life. 

In my functions as equity analyst, asset manager or, most recently, in the distribution of equity products I have been able to deal with companies from different sectors and countries of Central and Eastern Europe, small joint-stock companies as well as international corporations intensively. I got to know a variety of strategic approaches, conducted company valuations and both recommended and executed investment decisions.

During numerous conversations and discussions with managers and executives on- and off-the records i have been able to gain a lot of insight into decision-making processes every entrepreneur, whether a sole proprietor or a member of a company's management board, is regularly confronted with.

This is the this ground on which the idea grew to found CONSULT/U Markus Ulreich e.U.. In this way, I can use accumulated knowledge and experience to support companies to better position themselves against the competition, to open up new markets and to estimate risks and successfully implement visions or to realize projects in a structured and efficient way. In order to ensure a holistic approach, I do cooperate when needed with experts who contribute the necessary competences and resources to the project.
